Defective Media Retention

13/6 call support
Support staff are available when you need them – 13 hours/day (8 am to 9 pm), 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Priority call
You will have access to a dedicated call centre where qualified professionals and certified specialists will be able to provide a rapid response.

Next Business Day onsite service
If a hardware problem cannot be resolved remotely, there’s no need to return the PC – one of our highly skilled technicians will be with you on the next business day.

Collaborative 3rd party software support
If you encounter software problems, HP will offer you support by providing contact details of the software vendor to enable you log a case directly. HP Premium Care Pack Service provides collaborative 3rd party support with the following software vendors:
