All employees are offered the following benefits in addition to basic pay

Variable Performance Bonus (VPB). Eligible to full-time and part-time employees, except those who participate in Executive PfR, Pay-for-Results, sales incentive plans, business specific bonus plans, and other similar variable pay plans

Share Ownership Plan. The Share Ownership Plan allows eligible employees the opportunity to create their stake in the Company

Employee Purchase Program. HP provides permanent HP employees with the opportunity to purchase a range of HP products at highly competitive pricing.

Leave Entitlements. HP believes in the importance of taking regular leave breaks to maintain a healthy work/life balance and also recognises that there are times when a particular leave need arises that should be managed outside of annual leave entitlements.

Superannuation. As part of HP's Superannuation plan, of which membership is compulsory, employees are eligible for the Retirement Benefits Plan, Disability Benefits Plan and Life Assurance Plan

Car Program. HP offers flexible vehicle options including Novated Lease, Car Allowance and company Provided vehicles. The vehicle plan is based on individual needs and is included as a component of the employee's flexible salary package.

Financial Services. HP have engaged the services of ANZ, Westpac Banking Corporation and Commonwealth Bank to provide HP employees with a range of banking products and services.
