Accidental Damage Protection
Avoid out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs caused by accidents such as drops, spills, and electrical surges that may occur during normal usage. Damaged liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and broken parts are also covered.
Next Business Day Onsite for Travellers
Travel worry-free with local or English language telephone and onsite support. If the issue cannot be resolved through local remote support, an authorised HP representative will arrive at your location by the next business day to resolve the issue.

Same Business Day
If the issue cannot be resolved through remote support, an authorised HP Services representative will arrive at your site the same business day for repair, within the desired coverage window.
Coverage window are as follows:
9 x 5 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday,
13 x 5 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday through Friday,
13 x 7 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday,
(available for RPOS only, upon request)
24 x 7 – Service is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week,
including HP holidays

Defective Media Protection
When a drive containing sensitive data malfunctions, you may keep it instead of returning it on to HP. If there are problems with the disk, an HP engineer will diagnose your disk and provide a replacement if required.

Get a technician onsite to resolve the issues with your defective unit within a prompter committed timeframe from HP.
