Accidental Damage Protection
Avoid out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs caused by accidents such as drops, spills, and electrical surges that may occur during normal usage. Damaged liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and broken parts are also covered. However, it does not cover theft, loss, normal wear, consumables and intentional acts of damage.
Next Business Day onsite service
If a hardware problem cannot be resolved remotely, there's no need to return your PC to us – one of our highly skilled technicians will be with you on the next business day.
3 Business Day Onsite for Travellers
Travel worry-free with local or English language telephone and onsite support. If the issue cannot be resolved through local remote support, an authorised HP representative will arrive at your location by the next 3 business day to resolve the issue.

Return to Depot
Send your defective PC to a HP Customer Service Centre or designated collection point, and collect the replacement or serviced unit within 3 business days.
Pick Up & Return
Simply get in touch with us, and we will pick up your defective unit and return a repaired or replacement unit within 3 business days.
