HP Inventors, our student program was implemented in 2000 which main objectives are identify and develop the best talents who can contributes with company strategy and operation in all HP Brasil departments.
This program is conducted by Human Resources and supported by functional managers. Responsibility for each student’s development is shared between HR, manager and student.
Selection takes place once a year and the internship may last up to 3 years.
Interns at HP Brasil receive a scholarship that technology market. In addition to the personal accident insurance required by law, they also receive the following benefits:
- Complementary scholarship (in December), proportional to internship period and to work load;
- Subsided Health Care
- Subsided Meal Voucher
- Transportation (some HP units) and/or transportation support subsidised.
- 15 days paid vacation per year of internship. When the intern graduates, there are real chances of either hiring or redirection to open position at HP Brasil’s partners.
