Simplify your desktop computing

Our managed Client Virtualization Services provide an alternative to the complexities of traditional desktop computing. Distributed workforces, mobility and aging workplace infrastructure create expensive and time-consuming support challenges. Employees use a multitude of devices – thin clients, shared workstations, laptops, tablets and smartphones – that demand flexible, secure access to data and applications.

With our help, you can centralize your computing environment by delivering virtualized desktops and applications to your users onsite or remotely, on their personal or company-owned devices. We can help keep your data secure in the data center or a private cloud infrastructure to meet your security, regulatory compliance and business continuity requirements.

Optimize your solution

Take advantage of our assessment-based solution design for optimized resource and application utilization, performance, and cost management. Our assessment process enables more accurate user profile segmentation as well as application virtualization suitability analysis. Compute models can be assigned by user group so you get the solution you need at the best value.

Gain from our solution flexibility and delivery expertise

We offer multiple compute styles and delivery options to provide you with a tailored solution that fits your needs. We can design, deliver, and run solutions that combine any or all of these options and more:

  • Single site or multi-site
  • On-premises or hosted by HP
  • Private cloud or traditional data center
  • Presentation virtualization or desktop virtualization
  • Tablets or thin clients
  • Corporate network or Internet access
  • Bring your own device (BYOD) or company-owned devices

We deliver the service worldwide with consistent, predictable results through our Global Centers of Expertise.

We manage virtual applications and virtual desktops on servers in one or more data centers - yours or ours - and deliver them to the user's device on demand. Most of the software runs on the server, but to the user it appears that the application or OS is executing locally on their device. Most importantly, data security is enhanced because data stays off the device and remains in the data center. Applications and virtual desktops can be accessed via your own secure intranet or the Internet. Two-factor authentication can be added for additional security.

Benefit from our integrated solution

We maintain and operate the client virtualization infrastructure, keeping the supporting technologies and software current and fully integrated. The solution offers the following benefits:

  • Increases operational efficiency and reduces operations costs by centralizing application and desktop management
  • Enhances data security and helps meet compliance and business continuity requirements
  • Enables BYOD programs
  • Limits 3rd party network access
  • Facilitates migration to newer versions of Windows
  • Reduces your carbon footprint and energy costs with thin devices

BYOD programs offer these additional benefits:

  • Better data protection for lost or stolen mobile devices
  • Ability for non-Windows devices to access Windows applications and desktops standardized across your organization, without impacting the user’s personal applications or data

We have integrated best-in-class technologies from our partners and use the latest HP server and storage hardware for optimum performance. All virtual desktops allow user personalization and our persistent virtual desktops allow users to install software as needed. Our Personal V-Disk option provides the customization capability of Persistent Desktop Virtualization, but without the SAN storage requirements and cost of managing dedicated OS images for each user.

Our solution enables you to limit 3rd party contractor access to your corporate network. Applications can be streamed instead of installed locally and may be accessed by a contractor’s or company-owned device for use in your workplace.

When you deploy thin devices, the optional Thin Device Management Service provides efficient remote support. This service maintains a profile for each device and aids in the management of software and security updates. The location, OS status, and configuration of thin devices are always available to IT asset managers.
