Continuously monitoring your environment, this solution alerts you and provides up to 66% faster problem resolution and up to 95% first time fix rate. With near 100% accurate diagnostics, information is sent to HP call center staff, which can remotely log in and determine if the problem can be resolved immediately or if it needs an onsite visit. Break / fix support per the terms of your service agreement may be delivered by HP Support or your HP Authorized Service Provider.

When used together with HP Proactive Care service, you receive periodic proactive advice on areas of concern in your IT environment and reports. You also receive a superior call center experience by being directly connected to a technical expert.

HP Insight Online, which is located on HP Support Center can automatically display devices remotely monitored by HP Insight Remote Support 7.x (7.0.5 and higher). It allows you and HP / your HP Authorized Channel Partner to easily track service events and related support cases, view device configurations and proactively monitor your HP contracts and warranties from anywhere and anytime.

HP Insight Remote Support is available as a part of your valid HP warranty, HP Care Pack Service, HP Proactive Care, or contractual support agreement. Select from HP Insight Remote Support 7.0.8 (for environments with 1- 2500 IT devices) or HP Insight Remote Support Advanced (for environments with up to 3250 enterprise and mission critical IT devices).

Note: HP Insight Remote Support 7.0.8 is a replacement and an upgrade to devices previously supported by all versions of Insight Remote Support Standard 5.x, which are at end of support life.

Support for HP Insight Remote Support is available through HP's local Response Centers or through HP Technology Services



  • Europe, Middle East and Africa:
    1. Contact your local support center by phone
    2. Select your country
    3. Under the banner "Call HP" select "Technical support after you buy"
    4. In the first column, ("Technical Support for:") find the option for ProLiant Servers
    5. Call the number associated with ProLiant Servers and your support level
    6. Select "Technical Support" on the voice-activated menu
    7. You will be connected with an HP representative. Please ask for assistance with Insight Remote Support
