Customers have to provide warranty cards together with proof of purchase / delivery notes from HP resellers when return the products to HP Service Centers or Authorized Collection Points, or as requested by HP hotline customer service representatives.

Backup data for all pc products (such as desktop, notebook, etc) & handheld products (such as calculator, palmtop, etc) before bringing-in for repair or having on-site repair. HP is not liable to any consequential damages caused by data loss during inspection and/or repair process
