Simply visit the support page, allow the Wizard to detect your product (or input the device information), and it does the work for you.

HPSWz provides commercial and enterprise customers a web-based simple guided path to gain access to self-solve and eAssist support solutions (Chat and Email). HPSWz serves as the single point of eAssist support entry for warranty and contract customers to chat or email HP after they buy HP products. The HPSWz also includes technical documentation, knowledge articles, driver needs analysis, and data harvesting on products.

Now you can use the HPSWz to automate troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware and configuration issues. The Wizard automatically gathers computer and/or printer configuration information to analyze and provide online solutions, including applicable BIOS and driver updates—minimizing downtime and getting you back up and running quickly.
