Graduate Development Programme

Our 2 year Graduate Development Programme gives you the opportunity to gain experience and exposure across many of HP’s businesses. We have positions available in Sales, Consulting, Finance, and Engineering areas.
Sales
HP Sales offer you a combination of on-the-job and classroom-based learning, on-going assessment and 360 degree feedback to ensure you develop strong skills to enable you for future success. With a focus on building strong customer relationsips you will be responsible for selling HP’s award winning & innovative portfolio of products and solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a self motivated, professional approach. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate some experience in a customer facing environment and have a proactive, postive attitude.
Technical Consultant
In UK and Ireland, the C&I team of 560 consultants is focused on the areas of IT consolidation, IT service management, Microsoft infrastructure, application modernisation, contact centres, application ready infrastructures and the communications, media and entertainment business. We are looking for pro-active individuals with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment and who possess a positive attitude. You should display creativity, passion for the customer and technology, and commitment to quality in everything they do.
Finance
A role in Finance will comprise of three separate rotations, including two within HP’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG). This business group is one of the fastest growing parts of HP, encompassing a dynamic services organization, its high-end Enterprise hardware business and its software global business unit. The third rotation will be into our central Controllership finance function, to further enhance your core finance competencies. A reasonable level of Excel experience is invaluable, as is the ability to analyse detailed data and formulate logical assumptions.
Engineering
Due to our continued growth we have a number of exciting opportunities in the field of engineering - opportunities which will allow you to work with the latest technologies. We are looking for Graduates who have studied engineering from R&D, through to product, process and materials engineering or equivalent degree. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment. In addition to your technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication is paramount.
