• Problems with ADF

  While the scanner itself is fine, the ADF doesn't work well at all. Pages with any creasing in them (even if they were just folded to put in an envelope) often won't flip over and jam. This has led to me not being able to rely on the duplexing at all.

  have just deployed a advanced document management system, we've networked 12 of these scanners and they work just great with each other the added adobe creation is a massive bonus

• Excellent & Efficient Product

  I have deployed four of these in different locations and find them excellent especially for double sided scanning of multi page documents. In built Adobe creation is a bonus and works really well with archiving. No scan jams to date.

  This scanner is rubbish, it does not even scan one page through the feeder, it just stops half way through and then it takes ages to "untangle" the software on the computer and get out of the programme - it just crashes constantly.

• paper jam woes

  I seem to spend every single scanning session wondering whether it will actually scan the pages without jamming. Worst of all there is no way of releasing the pressure off the rollers to remove jammed paper. The scanner is ok but steer clear of the ADF!
