Your HP interview could alter the course of your career. We take your career development seriously, and we know you do too. So here’s a little peek into our heads—what we’re looking for and how you can present it to us.

First, take the time for some self-reflection. How do you see yourself helping to simplify technology experiences for our customers? Do you think you would thrive in an ambitious global culture? What do you want to do? What kind of new challenges are you looking for? Where do you want to work? What makes you unique? Are you really willing to re-locate if it’s required? Having these answers will help a lot in your interview.

Some other tips:
Get to know us—what we do and who we are. Know which positions interest you most and why. Use the job search tool to view jobs that best match your interests and experience.

Your resume/CV is the key. It gives us a snapshot of you before your interview and guides what questions we’ll ask you. Be sure it reflects the qualifications and experience needed for the job you’re interested in.

Come prepared. Bring any supporting application information that might be relevant: your resume/CV, thesis, diploma results or any recommendations.

Let the interviewer know what work areas you are most passionate about. Be prepared to talk about yourself and your technical experience or projects. Think about what drives you.

Interview us. Because the interview is also a good opportunity for you to identify whether HP is where you want to be.
