  • Development and Career Planning. At HP, your career is in your hands—but you’ll have plenty of support developing it. Your manager will guide you in the process using our Grow@HP system. You’ll collaborate on ways to excel in your current role and gain the skills you need to keep growing and contributing.
     
  • 70/20/10 Learning Model. When developing the talent of our people, we use the 70/20/10 Learning Model. This system helps employees get the most from the learning process. Learning on the job takes up 70 percent of training, relationship-based guidance uses 20 percent and formal training (programs, web resources, etc.) contributes 10 percent.
