Victoria's biography

As Hewlett-Packard's New Zealand Finance Manager, Victoria Mahan is responsible for managing the finance function across the business. Victoria also holds the position of Finance Manager for the Personal Systems Group business unit.

In her role as Finance Manager for Hewlett-Packard New Zealand, Victoria focuses on ensuring the company’s fiduciary, governance, controllership and audit responsibilities are met. She works closely with the New Zealand Leadership Team on any financial matters which impact Hewlett-Packard New Zealand, and is aligned to the South Pacific finance team. Victoria also performs an oversight role for all finance staff within the New Zealand business.

In Victoria’s role as Personal Systems Group Finance Manager, she is responsible for providing business financial support to the PSG management team.

Prior to joining HP, Victoria held positions in London, primarily in the corporate finance area. Victoria trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Auckland where she worked as an auditor and business risk consultant for a number of years.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University with majors in accounting and commercial law, and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
