Best Shore Philipppines Center (BSPC)

BSPC is a technology services delivery organization situated in the heart of the Makati and Ortigas Business Districts, and now in the Fort Bonifacio Global City. The center is home to an eclectic and dynamic group of people across two Global Delivery towers—Application Services and Infrastructure Technology Operations. These two towers provide application development and product engineering, application integration and project management and maintenance, service management, enterprise resource planning, end-user workplace management, web hosting, database, and help desk technical support.

HP has a strong focus on process and quality, and affirming this is BSPC’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 certification and ISO 20000 certification. Recently, BSPC also achieved ISO 27001, the industry standard in information security. Affirming its technology strength in SAP, the center is also an SAP-certified application management service provider.

BSPC has experience in technologies ranging from SAP, Oracle, Java/J2EE, Siebel, Microsoft, UNIX, Wintel, and a host of other applications and infrastructure solutions. BSPC started off as an internal shared service center for Procter & Gamble in 1998 growing to around 300 people in August 2003 when P&G outsourced its entire IT operations to HP. Since then, the center's number of full-time employees has grown exponentially. With its ability to provide 24x7 service delivery coverage, dedicated time zone shift teams to address customer requirements, and being only 4 hours away by plane from majority of the major Asian cities, BSPC is a key delivery arm for HP Best Shore to provide near-shore services around Asia, and far-shore service delivery across the globe. With world-class certification and unfailing reliability, BSPC has helped HP set the standard for application services and infrastructure technology operations, and continues to maintain the trust of its notable clients. .
