HP Helps Graphics Professionals Print Their Future
BARCELONA, Spain, 17 April2012 - Themed "Print Your Future," HP's exhibit at drupa 2012 (May3-16 in Düsseldorf, Germany) will showcase a new portfolio ofdigital printing solutions, workflow solutions,business-development resources and financing options to help printservice providers (PSPs) achieve profitable growth.

New transformativetechnologies and real-life print scenarios
The HP drupa stand islocated in Hall 4 of Messe Düsseldorf. The 4,952 square meter(53,300 square foot) stand features printing demonstrations forgeneral commercial, photo specialty, publishing, direct mail andtransactional applications as well as labels, flexible packagingand folding cartons, and signs and displays.
At drupa, HP willdemonstrate 10 digital printing systems that unlock a range ofbusiness opportunities for PSPs. Presses and printers from the HPIndigo, HP Inkjet Web Press, HP Scitex and HP Specialty PrintingSystems product lines will be featured in end-to-end productionworkflows alongside HP partner software and finishingsolutions.
The drupa exhibit also willshow how HP's leading IT expertise creates powerful computingenvironments for PSPs with server and software solutions from theHP Exstream, HP Hiflex and HP SmartStream portfolios.
HP also will showcase printoutput from its systems in real-life settings, such as supermarketsand bookstores.

HP's exhibit also willinclude a full complement of educational modules, business tools,community networks, market development activities and one-to-oneconsulting services delivered through the HP Capturebusiness-development programme.
The HP Capture programme'seducational services provide in-depth workshops delivered byleading independent experts and HP professionals to help HPcustomers grow their digital print business. Several new workshopsare being launched at drupa 2012 covering digital sales andmarketing techniques for label converters and large formatprinters.
HP Capture, combined withthe Digital Solutions Cooperative (Dscoop), offers one of the mostcomprehensive business-development and education programmes in thegraphics industry.
Founded in 2005 for HPgraphics customers in North America, Dscoop has grown to includeregional chapters for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and AsiaPacific and Japan regions. With more than 7,000 members, Dscoop isthe industry's largest independent user community.

A celebration of HPPrint Excellence Awards
At drupa, HP will celebrateits customers' outstanding work by announcing the results of itsworldwide Print Excellence Awards programme. Winners from thecontest's 21 categories - from personalised marketing collateral tolabels and packaging to display signage - will be recognised duringa May 3 Celebration Evening in their honour. Print ExcellenceAwards winning entries will be showcased on the HP stand atdrupa.
