HP and Pharos Blueprint Enterprise Security and Job Accounting solution
HP and Pharos Blueprint Enterprise Security and Job Accounting solution tracks and measures the real costs of printing, based on actual usage, so those costs can be charged back to departments and budget centers.
This industrial-strength print management software monitors every printed page and print application that’s used in a managed print environment to give you a true cost-per-page accounting of all users and output devices across your organization.
Measuring each device’s output also gives you the information you need to optimize your fleet. And control over the release of print jobs to devices provides an added printing security feature.
Adding the Pharos ePrint Connector to Secure Release Here offers an added level of printing security feature and convenience.
Customers using HP ePrint Enterprise mobile printing solution with popular smartphones can now print from their mobile device within their secured enterprise network1, knowing confidential documents will not be left lying on a printer. Employees submit their print job to a Blueprint Secure Print Queue. They then swipe their ID card at any Secure Release–enabled device, releasing and printing their documents.
