What I can do for you
I can leverage my technical skills to create an HP Cloud Matrix solution that will enable you to have a single service view across private, public and hybrid cloud—all designed and implemented on the foundation of multi-hypervisor, OS and a dynamic heterogeneous infrastructure.
I have over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. During that time, I was called upon to work with hundreds of customers who faced any number of business challenges. I can honestly say that I learned something from every customer interaction; I hope that my clients can say the same about me, too.
Who I am
I consider myself to be a seasoned and accomplished IT professional with solid technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills. As a Technical Solutions Architect, I acquired deep expertise working with a variety of customers on multiple IT solutions. As a member of the HP CloudSystem Matrix Master team my primary responsibility is the implementation and demonstration of HP’s CloudSystem Matrix Operating Environment.
What I have learned
I have learned that there is no such thing as a customer who is “less important” than any other. All customers deserve—and should expect—to receive an excellent service experience when they choose to work with HP. That’s The HP Way, and I’m proud to be a part of that.
I have been actively involved in the IT Industry for more than 23 years, 17 of which I have worked for Compaq/HP and our customers:
- In my first job, I worked as computer tech for a small, local computer firm.
- After that, I had a 2nd level support role with GE Capital Information Services, supporting the field and all escalations for contract customers.
- I joined Compaq in 1995 as a Regional Technical Support Engineer responsible for all technical escalations, and liaison between technical support/Engineering and Canadian channel partners.
