We take ownership of issues affecting the client’s business as if they are our own. We maintain that level of commitment from their first call until the problem is resolved.

Who I am

As a Mission Critical Representative at HP, I’m passionate about problem solving and driven to get results. When the production system is unusable, my primary goal is to return it to operational status as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have a wealth of knowledge and training to draw from, but I’m also able to consult with representatives who have expertise across a wide range of potential problem areas. If I don’t have a ready solution to a specific problem, a solution is readily available thanks to our team of experts.

What I have learned

Change not only happens in this industry, it happens at warp speed. I’ve learned to adapt quickly. Every day is an opportunity to develop new ways to streamline procedures, to discover the latest industry best practices, and to learn from the expertise of my peers. Above all, I’ve learned that problem-solving is much more than a technical task—it also involves having empathy for my clients when they’re facing difficult, time-critical issues.

My background

I have been with HP for more than fifteen years. My past roles include Pathworks Specialist and X-windows/Internet expert on Tru64 UNIX and OpenVMS. As a Mission Critical Frontline Specialist, I have expertise handling HPUX, Network, VMWARE, and Linux issues. My current certifications include CompTIA Project+, i-Net+, and Network+. In addition to my daily on-the-job education, I’m currently working on a Master’s Degree in software engineering.
