I act as a trusted advisor and partner who can help organizations implement best practices and industry trends into an existing IT infrastructure. I provide guidance from a technology, organization, and industry perspective during the discovery phase of your project and work with you to ensure we achieve the desired results.

Who I am
As a big data, backup and recovery, archiving, storage and cloud subject matter expert at HP, I am responsible for developing services for both Residency and Backup, Recovery and Archiving (BuRA) consulting portfolios. My charter also includes developing customer-facing collateral that enable our sales team to sell, pursuit to plan and price these services, and for our delivery team to deliver the service. I am also responsible for developing frameworks to conduct workshops to enable customers to realize the importance of the products and services that we offer.
My storage expertise is put use while building, developing, compiling best-practices to implement solutions that seamlessly integrate software products with storage products in the most demanding and complex client environments. My responsibilities span the complete storage portfolio including date recovery, backup and recovery, de-duplication, archiving, tiering, application performance and data migration.
What I have learned
I’ve learned that working directly and communicating openly with customers and colleagues allows us to meet deadlines and even surpass expectations. I approach each new challenge with an open mind and a positive outlook with the attitude that we can confront a difficult situation and improve it. I am a staunch believer in participation and team work, and over the years I have learned that, in the innovation and technology transformation business, non-participation leads to isolation. I am very passionate about technology transformation and about collaborating with customers to achieve successful solutions.
My background
I have been in the IT industry for more than two decades, working for Fortune 500 companies. I have held a variety of positions that have enabled me to add value to my customer’s return on investment. I have developed and used database management, storage, networking and server technology skills, and have become a go-to person for databases, iSCSI and FC storage and cloud technologies.
