I work to generate a new development technology direction by determining your competitive landscape and the requirements for your differentiating solution.

Who I am
As director of HP’s Automation Strategies in Technology Services, I am responsible for defining the strategic direction for Technology Service Automation. In this role, I oversee all of the service automation strategy for the Company worldwide.
What I have learned
Working in a collaborative environment at HP has helped me achieve real results for my clients. Leveraging my knowledge of the IT industry and tracking trends across business segments and regions, I am able to recommend and execute cutting-edge solutions for your business. I believe that through team work with colleagues, as well as clients, we can better solve even the most challenging problems.
I have more than 20 years of consulting experience, including leading the work across HP’s product businesses to unite the TS Service portfolio and defining the HP eService and Knowledge management strategic direction and implementation of operational plans. Prior to these endeavors, I was a Support Manager for IBM Business Partners in Italy as well as a variety of product launch and marketing positions within Editel. Earlier, I collaborated with Milan Engineering University in the publication of "Redesign Post-Sale Support".
