What I can do for you
Oftentimes, you know you need an infrastructure change, but you may not be exactly sure about what you need – or how to get there. I can help you determine desired results and develop a plan for reaching your goal there. That way, you get the control, flexibility, and returns that work best for you.
I can help you get going—quickly and in the right direction, by applying appropriate technologies to solve your most complex business problems.
Who I am
I am a Distinguished Technologist in HP’s TS Consulting organization, and I am currently serving as the infrastructure lead for the Big Data world-wide portfolio team. While my current focus is on Big Data I have a long history with other technologies including client infrastructure, client & server virtualization, messaging, unified communications, and directory services. I have been working with HP’s customers world-wide since 1983 and have served as the Global Lead for HP’s Microsoft Technology Profession.
I am a frequent speaker at HP and Microsoft events as well as other industry events and have been a contributor to the Windows & .Net Magazine newsletter “Exchange & Outlook Administrator”. I was also HP’s first Microsoft Certified Architect in Infrastructure, and have been named a Microsoft “Most Valuable Player” (MVP) multiple times. I have also co-authored technology books and have contributed to numerous books on Microsoft technology.
What I have learned
It's critical to identify the path you want to take before you set out on a journey.
