What I can do for you
Clients are looking for a provider who has the capability to support technology from HP and other IT vendors, an organization that is innovative and flexible enough to give them reliable, lower cost support options for their mission critical environments. We have saved clients significant outlay and have provided solutions that meet all of their requirements without them having to settle or work with several OEMs. HP is the only OEM that has it all. I find ways to use HP's presence in the market to be competitive on cost, yet offering clients the unique flexibility and capability to get them the support they are looking for.

Who I am
I design custom service and support solutions for HP's Enterprise and Commercial clients. I work directly with the client at different levels to gather requirements, present the solution, finalize the scope and execute the statement of work, and support TS sales by developing solutions to address the client's requirements. In addition, I work with strategic partners and HP delivery teams to build flexible solutions, and turn them around quickly when the customer needs it.
What I have learned
There's nothing I find more satisfying than making a positive difference, something HP gives me ample opportunities to do every day. Whether it's developing a winning solution, helping a peer or learning from a mentor, HP has taught me to constantly build on my experience.
I've been designing support solutions for our clients for almost 20 years. Because clients want to standardize and expect HP to provide solutions based on standards, I make sure my OEM Certifications are current.
