All of my customers are facing many challenges today, including high operational costs and complex service management. Many of you are considering, or are already operating, virtualized environments and are starting to think about migrating to the cloud and are dealing with hybrid delivery environments. Who I am
I’m the Director of Datacenter Care Services for Primary Service Provider. My, and my team’s, role is to listen to our customers’ feedback on the challenges they face in running heterogeneous IT datacenters and delivering IT services to their customers and then providing them with comprehensive solutions. We have designed Datacenter Care Primary Service Provider to allow our customers to operate and evolve their datacenters to better meet their business needs both today and in the future.
What I have learned
My 22-year tenure at HP has taught me that all of our customers are on their own journey, and each customer is at a different point in their journey, their ultimate destination is unique, and they each move at a different pace. It is our job to understand their unique needs and respond to what best suits each customer.
I have worked at HP for 22 years in a variety of businesses, spanning both product and services. I have worked in several roles from Finance and Supply Chain to strategic projects. I joined the Technology Services group four years ago and have worked on a number of strategic services initiatives since then with my most recent role focusing on the needs of heterogeneous IT environments. I am an associate of the Institute of Management Accountants and I fully understand the importance of CIO’s needs to deliver business results with great ROI.
