Who I am
I am a service management expert and one of the authors of ITIL, which is the internationally recognized best practice for IT service management. I am also a senior examiner for the ITIL exams.
What I have learned
I develop and teach service management training courses and regularly present at public events such as IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) conferences. I am also a senior examiner for the ITIL exams and have been awarded for knowledge and expertise in information technology infrastructure. I became an authority on Service Management through vast certifications and publications across various ITIL measures, and I've authored books, pocket guides, and numerous white papers on the subject. Currently, I'm writing the next version of the ITIL service transition publication.
My more than 20 years of networking experience began when I served as a large systems operator with the U.S. Army. Since those days, I've developed my WAN/LAN networking, wireless, and telecommunication switch system expertise by gaining certifications and working with a variety of global businesses.
