Who I am
My role as a consultant for top HP accounts is to deliver business and IT governance using HP’s array of best practices—a comprehensive synthesis of IT service management (ITSM) methodology, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, and a continuous improvement approach. With those disciplines in mind, I work with clients to reduce risk, raise service quality, and spot gaps in their IT environment. I also look at the big picture for our clients, suggesting proactive services from our Mission Critical Services offering that address hidden needs they have now, as well as needs they’ll likely have down the road.
HP is in a unique position. Our long history of producing and supporting IT equipment gives us insight into fine-tuning systems for enterprise customers. That technological readiness is supported by HP’s investment in methodologies like ITSM and ITIL. In fact HP is a regular contributor to ITIL standards, authoring books, glossaries, and 1,600 of its own best practices for service improvement.

I’m an HP Business Critical Consultant, Internal Process Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and ITIL expert with deep experience in ISO9001, ISO 20000 (the first international standard for IT management), and HP quality management standards.
