Who I am
I manage enterprise data, VOIP and wireless implementation projects. This includes delivering unique solutions, handling 11th hour issues by thinking outside the box, preserving project integrity and delivering successful implementations on time and on budget.
What I have learned
The three most critical elements of any project are quality, cost, and schedule. When you master these three components, a project will not only meet required deliverables, it'll also realize and exceed client expectations.
My background
I am responsible for the Project Management of Enterprise Data, VOIP and Wireless Implementations for the HP Technical Services Group. I have 15 years of experience in network technology specializing in data and call center implementation on a multinational level.
