What we can do for you
We routinely resolve some of the most complex issues clients can face in today’s enterprise IT environments. Many of those issues are mission critical, which is why we’re 100% customer focused in our approach. Always cognizant of your business realities, we move in to isolate and repair issues, mitigate problems, and stabilize the situation.
Helping clients get the most from IT infrastructure is about more than master-level technical capabilities. It’s also about knowing how everything—plans, environments, and people—comes together to impact business.
Who we are
As HP Master Technologists, we're driven to understand the entire IT environment and lead our team members in doing the same. To that end, we train HP teams on a variety of products, operating platforms, networking protocols, database applications, and more, with the common goal of being able to support your needs in your hour of need.
What we have learned
Helping clients get the most from IT infrastructure is about more than master-level technical capabilities. It’s also about knowing how everything—plans, environments, and people—comes together to impact business.
Our background
We're twin brothers, known to our HP colleagues and many of our customers as "The Tinkers." Individually, we’ve followed similar paths to one another, from our training to our each being honored with HP's prestigious Most V aluable Player award. Together, however, we’re more than the sum of our parts. We’re a duo of technical expertise standing ready to confront any mission-critical issue with the unparalleled technical aptitude that you’ve come to expect from HP.
