Priority Services provides enterprise-level, global support by addressing everyday technology challenges, assisting in reducing help desk workload for your entire installed base of HP commercial printers and PCs. An available Global Customer Support Manager (GCSM) proactively plans and monitors support and product quality across your installed base providing ongoing management reporting1.

Priority Services covers these products: HP Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations, Retail Point of Sale, Thin Clients, Tablets, LaserJet printers, Commercial Ink printers and Designjets; is available in 1, 3, 4 & 5 year solutions; and in 60 countries and 20 languages.

HP Priority Management (which includes HP Priority Access) is a separately purchased service offering with a 1,000-seat minimum, up to three-year service duration. When purchased independently, HP Priority Access requires a 250-seat minimum and up to three-year service duration. Seat minimum installed bases require a valid HP warranty or HP extended hardware service contract on HP products and HP-supported products that are sold by HP or an HP authorized reseller and limited to HP PC products: Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations, Retail Point of Sale, Thin Clients.
