If you can’t risk downtime without your device, upgrade to an HP Care Pack with Onsite Repair service. HP phone support will do a remote diagnosis of the problem. If possible we’ll fix it remotely. If not, we’ll send a technician to your home or office within 3 business days to solve it for you.1
