What happens if you have purchased the Extended Download Service (EDS) at the HP Marketplace?

To access previously purchased software through your existing Extended Download Service, please go to www.findmyorder.com and follow the steps below. Please note that your Extended Download Service is only valid for two years from your purchase date.

Step 1
Go to www.findmyorder.com to access your HP Marketplace software download, powered by Digital River.

Step 2
Choose one of the following order lookup options and login: email address and last 5 digits of your credit card or order number and password from your order confirmation email.

Step 3
Click the “Begin Download” button on the desired title for which Extended Download Service has been purchased.

Step 4
Accept terms of the software license agreement if you consent.

Step 5
When prompted to enter, find the serial number provided on the Order Details page which appears after logging into www.findmyorder.com.

Step 6
Begin download.
