HPE Innovation Centers

The services offered by the HPE Innovation Centers have been developed to support customers through all phases of the innovation process, from 'spotting the opportunity' through to 'solution planning'. Each service has been designed to help with a particular aspect of exploring and discovering new business ideas. The choice of a particular service of set of services will depend upon the customer's particular needs and state of maturity of the idea being developed.

The delivery of the services takes place either at one of the HPE Innovation Centers or at one of the other innovation hubs. In some cases, events can be organized at other locations. A dedicated team is assigned to work with the customer through all phases of service deliver. Continuity is maintained with follow-on activities to ensure that timely business results are obtained from the outcomes of all delivered services.

Innovation seminars

Creating business opportunities can be a challenge in itself. Innovation seminars are an effective way to stimulate that initial interest and to provide an entry to more detailed discussions.

Designed for a small group of executives from the customer’s organization to go into more detail in a specific innovation domain. During the workshop an exploration of the customer’s current context provides the foundation for evaluating where potential business innovations can be made.

Enables a team, made up of business leaders in the customer’s organization and HPE business and technology specialists, to fully explore, discover, evaluate and prioritize where technology investments could have a positive business impact.

Rapid concept prototypes

A pragmatic approach to ensure that customers are able to quickly define a roadmap to achieve the overall business vision and establish a high-level of confidence that correct decisions are being made. Extensive use is made of 'rapid concept prototypes' to stimulate the innovation process.
