Mohamad Ali is Chief Strategy Officer for Hewlett Packard.

Before joining Hewlett-Packard in 2012, Ali served as CEO of the workforce optimization division of Aspect, a leading global provider of customer contact and workforce optimization solutions. Prior to his role at Aspect, he served as president of Avaya’s global services business and also had responsibility for the company’s strategy, corporate development and research labs.

Additionally, Ali has held senior positions at IBM, including vice president of strategy and business development for the information management division. In that capacity, he sourced and integrated key acquisitions, including Cognos, FileNet and Ascential Software, creating the foundation for IBM’s business analytics strategy. At IBM, Ali also led business units in the areas of semiconductors, systems and software.

Ali holds a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree in electrical engineering, both from Stanford University. He is a director of City National Corporation and also serves on the Leadership Council of Oxfam America and on the board of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

Ali was named to Boston Business Journal's 2008 "40 Under 40" list and recognized by Massachusetts High Tech magazine as a 2011 All-Star.

Martin Fink is CTO, Director of HP Labs and General Manager of HP’s Cloud business unit.

Fink’s research team at HP Labs, the company’s exploratory and advanced research group, is responsible for anticipating IT trends to address the complex issues that will face our customers and society over the next decades. Working closely with HP’s strategy teams and the business group research and development teams, Fink is focused on commercializing the company’s intellectual property to drive and accelerate the innovation agenda for the company.

As leader of the Cloud business, Fink is driving the execution of HP’s cloud strategy, helping the industry transition to cloud-based provider and consumption models. In addition, Fink leads HP’s Network Functions Virtualization group, which leverages HP’s cloud portfolio to build complex IT applications in the telecommunications and service provider industries.

During his career at HP, Fink has worked in a wide range of roles. As head of the NonStop Enterprise Division, Fink was responsible for the development, delivery, and marketing of the HP Integrity NonStop family of servers, database, and middleware software and solutions. He oversaw the Atalla Security Products line of network security processors for banking, Internet, and enterprise applications. Finally, he led the overall open source and Linux strategy across HP, helping the company gain external market leadership in Linux.

Fink joined HP in 1985 and spent his first 10 years in field operations in Canada, holding a variety of positions in hardware and software support, consulting, and telecom sales. In 1995, he moved to HP’s Ft. Collins, Colorado site where he held a number of research and development leadership positions.

Fink has an MBA from Colorado State University, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma, and is listed as co-inventor on two patents related to online e-commerce. He is also the author of The Business and Economics of Linux and Open Source, published by Prentice Hall. He graduated in electronics engineering from Loyalist College in Ontario, Canada.

Henry Gomez is executive vice president and chief marketing and communications officer at HP. In this role Henry is responsible for leading marketing, advertising, brand, media and industry analyst relations, executive communications, employee communications, government affairs, global social innovation and environmental sustainability. He also is a member of HP’s Executive Council.

Gomez has more than 27 years of experience in marketing, communications, and broad-based business management. Prior to joining HP in 2011, Gomez ran HSG Communications, a consulting business that he founded. Before that, he served on the leadership team of Meg Whitman’s gubernatorial campaign in 2009 and 2010.

For most of the previous decade, Gomez worked at eBay in a variety of roles including senior vice president for Corporate Communications and president of Skype. He played a pivotal role in building eBay’s brand during the critical years following the company’s initial public offering.

Prior to joining eBay, Gomez was vice president of Corporate Affairs at HBO, where he oversaw the network’s corporate public relations, affiliate marketing communications, regional press initiatives and special events.

Previously, he was staff director of Media Relations at NYNEX (now Verizon), where he was responsible for all news media relations involving human resources, labor relations and environmental issues facing the company.

He started his communications career at Hill and Knowlton and has worked on a wide array of public relations and marketing communications challenges in numerous industries.

Gomez serves on the board of directors of BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.

John Hinshaw is executive vice president of Technology & Operations at Hewlett Packard. Prior to Hewlett Packard, John spent 4 ½ years at The Boeing Company, most recently leading the Information Solutions business unit. He was also Boeing’s Chief Information Officer and led their companywide corporate initiative on Information Management and Information Security. While at Boeing, in 2009, John was named CIO of the Year by the Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Prior to Boeing, John spent 14 years at Verizon where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Verizon Wireless. He also held a number of key positions focused on enabling business growth, reducing costs and improving business productivity. Earlier in his career, John also served as a consultant with Accenture.

John is a member of the board of directors at the National Academy Foundation, an organization dedicated to preparing young people for college and career success. He also serves on the board of directors of Clique Intelligence. He has also served on numerous technology company advisory boards and non-profit boards. John’s philanthropic focus has been on advancing technology in education as well as improving cancer research.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. He and his family reside in Woodside, California.

Together, this portfolio enables enterprise IT organizations to develop operate, secure, govern, and monetize their data, applications, and operations.

Kadifa previously served as Operating Partner at Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm with more than $14 billion of assets under management. He was responsible for driving growth and operational improvement in a wide range of enterprises within the 24-company portfolio of the firm’s large-cap investment fund.

Kadifa has significant expertise in building and managing technology businesses. He has held various leadership positions at technology and management consulting companies such as IBM, Corio Corporation (founder), Oracle, Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Xerox.

Kadifa holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the American University in Beirut, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A., with Honors, from the University of Chicago. He is based in Palo Alto, California.

Prior to joining HP in 2011, Keogh was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hewitt Associates, the world’s largest provider of human resources consulting services. Her accomplishments included creating an award-winning virtual learning and development network, implementing a disciplined global succession planning process, and designing a comprehensive and successful employee engagement program.

Previously, Keogh held the top HR job at Bloomberg LP, the financial data, news, and analytics provider. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Keogh was Vice President of Human Resources for Analog Devices, where she introduced a series of new HR programs ranging from a total compensation strategy and global succession planning process to a new employee listening program.

In addition to her human resources background, Keogh has a wide range of leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and consulting for a number of organizations.

Keogh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College. She also attended the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Keogh serves on the boards of the Anita Borg Institute and the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS). In 2013, she was named a global Top 10 Breakaway Leader in Human Resources by Evanta.

Catherine A. (Cathie) Lesjak has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of HP since January 1, 2007. Lesjak served as interim chief executive officer of HP from August 2010 through October 2010.

As a 24-year veteran of the company, Lesjak has held a broad range of financial leadership roles across HP. Before being named CFO, Lesjak served as senior vice president and treasurer, responsible for managing the company’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Global Business Unit. Before that, she was group controller for HP's Software Solutions Organization and managed HP's global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization.

Lesjak has a bachelor's degree in biology from Stanford University and a master of business degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mike Nefkens is head of HP Enterprise Services, responsible for driving profitable growth for HP Services globally.

Nefkens has most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of HP Enterprise Services in the EMEA region. In that role he has been responsible for all of HP’s client outsourcing business in the region, covering growth and current contracts, a business with more than 2,000 clients and 33,000 employee across HP’s application, business process, and infrastructure services business.

Nefkens took up his EMEA role in November 2009, with a remit to drive a turnaround in EMEA, focusing on enhancing both client and employee satisfaction.

Nefkens has spent most of his professional career managing and restructuring global businesses and is recognized for his turnaround expertise, experience and success.

Before his EMEA role, Nefkens led successful turnarounds in three of HP’s largest accounts: General Motors (2007-2009); ABN AMRO (2005-2006); and Delphi (2003-2004). These turnarounds resulted in IT transformation driving value for the clients and, for HP, customer references and profitable growth, including contract renewals totaling in excess of $6 billion. Nefkens was recognized by all three companies’ CIOs as a “trusted advisor” and was awarded EDS’ “client executive of the year” in 2005.

He joined EDS in 2001 to lead the Industrial Manufacturing team in developing world-class, industry-specific solutions. In that role he was responsible for numerous outsourcing wins in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.

Before joining EDS, he spent ten years with Holland Chemical International NV, a downstream industrial distribution company, where he held a range of executive positions including regional president and general manager in Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and the Western U.S.

Nefkens holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and also holds a degree in finance from Texas Christian University. He speaks fluent English, Spanish and Dutch and lives in California with his wife and two sons.

He was previously at Drinker Biddle & Reath for 14 years, where he also specialized in commercial and product liability litigation.

Schultz holds a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree from Albright College.

With more than 23 years of experience in the IT industry, Dion has held numerous key executive positions across multiple geographies in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Before joining Lenovo, as a General Manager at Telstra Corporation, Australia's leading telecommunications company, he was responsible for Telstra's Conferencing and Collaboration products and services division. He also had a successful 11-year career at Acer, where he was the Managing Director of Acer UK having previously established and operated Acer's business in Central and Eastern Europe as Managing Director of the region.

Before he joined Microsoft, Youngjohns was president and CEO of Callidus Software, a $120 million public company, where he initiated the company's transition from traditional enterprise software to SaaS (Software as a Service). Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems, where he had a variety of leadership positions in sales and general management both regionally and globally. Youngjohns also had a successful 18-year career at IBM, holding key leadership roles from deep technology specialization to general management.

Youngjohns holds a master's degree with honors in Physics and Philosophy from Oriel College, Oxford University.
