These tools are available at no additional cost as part of your HP warranty, Care Pack, or contractual support agreement with HP. There is a separate "My Customers" section in Insight Online for HP Authorized Partners to view your IT asset information with your authorization.

Now HP ProLiant Gen8 and BladeSystem C-class enclosures can transmit hardware failure and diagnostic information directly to HP or your HP Authorized Partner for automated analysis, case generation and parts replacement at a lower cost and without additional hardware. The health and support information for these devices is available anywhere/anytime in the HP Insight Online personalized dashboard. It is ideal for Small Businesses and large Enterprise remote sites wanting to solve IT support problems faster and to stay informed and be in control 24X7.
