  • 1. Tap HP Printer Control icon to launch
  • 2. From the main menu, you can select a printer and function, capture scans with your phone or from your eAll-in-One printer, check settings, view ePrint jobs or learn more about your printer.
  • 3. Easily access information about your printer, including its IP address, serial number and ePrint email address (if the printer is registered with the HP ePrintCenter). You can also check Supplies information and status.
  • 4. Supplies Info gives you an overview of current ink or toner levels. Tap each item to see supply product details. You can save this info or email it to reference when ordering new supplies.
  • 5. In Settings, you can register with HP ePrint service and set up your social sharing settings for scans.
  • 6. Scan from your printer to your mobile device. Once you preview the scan, tap the scanner settings icon to adjust.
  • 7. After capturing the scan, you can share the image by sending it to email, Facebook or Google Docs.
  • 8. Control copy settings from your mobile device. Use the icons at the top of the preview screen to crop or move.
  • 9. To crop, use your fingers to drag edges of the bounding box and cut out unwanted sections of the copied area.
  • 10. Before printing, specify number of copies, color mode, print quality and paper size.
Print from Virtually Anywhere

  • To print from virtually anywhere to HP 2011 or later ePrint-enabled printers, go to the Manage ePrinters screen, select plus and follow the instructions on the Add a Printer screen. (selected printer must be connected to the Internet)
