What I Do for HP
My role is fourfold. I am a solution architect for ITSM/Service Manager projects, providing technical guidance, implementing tool enhancements and defining methodology. I develop new business in the Asian Pacific region, including product demonstrations and RFP responses. As a Service Manager, I’m responsible for technical governance across ITSM projects in the Asia Pacific Region and oversight for ITSM consultants in Australia.
My Approach
Expert knowledge of HP Software and Service Solutions is an important part of transforming proposals and strategies into revenue-generating operations. Equally important is the ability to lead and mentor multi-discipline teams and build strong relationships with clients. For more than a decade, I’ve combined expertise, leadership and a collaborative approach to make projects for my clients successful.
My Background
Since 1991, my career in IT services and architecture has steadily advanced. Within the last 4 years, as an HP Lead Solution Architect, I have won numerous awards for outstanding work, including HP Most Valuable People Program, HP Professional Services Employee of the Year– Worldwide, HP Elite Professional Services Incredible – Top 4% Worldwide, HP Professional Services Employee of the Quarter and HP Professional Services Manager of the Year.
