WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
I am a problem solver. First I work to understand your exact business needs and then help you develop an implementation strategy that specifically aligns technology, business process and people to solve complex business needs.
What I Do for HP
Consult with U.S. federal agencies, provide CIO advisory services, run workshops on portfolio and project management, and help develop capability roadmaps for improving functionality over time.
I help organizations develop business processes and solutions leveraging HP Software. I act quickly to help businesses rationalize applications and services, improve IT governance and reduce cost.
I also help define new HP Solutions that align HP's IT Performance Suite to federal requirements—such as the recent Open Government and IT reform initiative.
My Approach
I like to demonstrate value quickly by refining ideas and applying iterative-implementation approaches that reduce time and cost—improving the efficiency of your organization.
My Background
I have over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing software solutions. For the past 10 years I have helped Federal agencies implement solutions for CPIC, budget formulation and execution, project and portfolio management, acquisition, and risk and compliance solutions.
As CTO of HP's Federal Professional Service Organization, I have the ability to leverage a much larger portfolio of products to address almost all IT needs and requirements.
