I bring in many years of expertise in IT service management (ITSM) and IT governance (ITG) projects both as a consultant/solution architect and project manager. Together we’ll build solutions that’ll transform your business.
What I Do for HP
I am part of a senior solution architects team. We work across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for you. Within that team, my focus is on IT service management and IT governance. I am responsible for the workshop program within HP Professional Services in EMEA that is dedicated to helping you build better solutions (e.g. Cloud and ITSM solutions). I am also a member of the HP IT Governance Leadership Team, an expert reviewer for COBIT® 5 and I develop intellectual property for HP in the ITSM and ITG fields.
My Approach
Besides experience and knowledge it is most important to be prepared, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile. To be successful, you have to be at least one step ahead. Teamwork is also important. When great people form a team it can make a big difference. That’s where the know-how and size of HP comes in.
My Background
Despite a degree in economics and a passion for game theory, I’ve spent my entire career bridging the gap between business and IT. Starting as a consultant at an enterprise resource planning company, I later joined one of the world’s leading consulting companies before arriving at HP in 2007. My passion is for IT process management, project management and IT governance, which I love to view from an economist’s point-of-view, too.
