What I Do for HP
At HP I oversee client relationships, steer and guide clients through the development and implementation of IT Strategy and the associated transformation programs, including support of consultants and a focus on growing our consultancy divisions. I do this in the Strategic and Transformational Consultancy within HP Software Professional Services.
My Approach
I employ practical experience (having personally delivered several global transformation programs), realism, expertise, and willingness to be hands-on. Most importantly, I have an appreciation of human beings and how they react to significant change. As a result, I utilize formal Management of Organizational Change techniques to simplify what would seem like something extremely complex, daunting and of a significant challenge into something which individuals can absorb and consume and consequently drive successful outcomes.
My Background
I started a career in mainframes and mainframe operations 34 years ago. I was an early contributor to the ITIL®, which I’ve been involved with ever since. 24 of these years have been specializing in IT Service Management, Transformation and also Management of Organizational Change.
