My Background
I began my career designing complex safety-critical software for free-ranging robots. My passion for creative technology solutions led to developing a bespoke management system for a large financial institution’s distributed Unix infrastructure. Later, I moved to Novadigm as the EMEA Professional Services Manager. After HP acquired Novadigm, I became a member, and eventually global lead, of HP’s Service Management.
