Return Procedure - Europe

IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD YOUR DEFECTIVE PART.
This part must be returned to HP within 5 calendar days of when you received the replacement part. (Return is free of charge,
prepaid by HP)

  • 1. Check for a return label. If your defective part needs to be returned, HP will provide return labels either inside the box, or in the "poly pouch" attached to the box. Spare part shipment contains detailed instructions on how to return the defective part
  • 2. Package part carefully, using the packaging material that the new part came with.
  • 3. Seal box with packaging tape.
  • 4. Apply return label that came with new part to box (covering up the original shipping label).
  • 5. To arrange for prepaid package return, contact HP carrier for pickup as explained in detailed instructions.
  • 6. If needed communicate your questions related to return process to your HP contact.
