HP Consolidation and Virtualization ROI Services

“In today’s economy customers are prioritizing projects and spending more wisely in order to achieve a competitive advantage,” said Brian Brouillette, vice president, Solutions Infrastructure Practice, Technology Services, HP. “HP’s Consolidation and Virtualization ROI services are essential to rapidly develop a strong case for funding and implementing solutions that align with business strategy.”

The HP Consolidation and Virtualization ROI Services offerings provide three levels of business analysis and span the decision-making process for technology investments:
• Rapid Opportunity Analysis identifies the least costly, most-effective areas to optimize the current business goals.

• Rapid ROI Analysis leverages customer and industry average data to provide quick consolidation and virtualization ROI analysis for select areas such as servers, storage or facilities.

• Business Case Development Services enable customers to confidently evaluate and justify key short and long term technology investments with their chief financial officers. With a solid financial business case supported by in-depth analysis, companies can make fast and accurate decisions to transform their technology environments to capture future growth opportunities. These services also include the relevant cost and benefits for infrastructure improvement expenses including amortized hardware and software capital investment and ongoing operations. After evaluating cost and benefits, HP works with customers to define a financial analysis framework and key assumptions, providing guidance on recommended financial scenarios.

HP business consultants have financial and accounting experience in technology projects spanning most industries. For fast and trusted results, they combine consolidation and virtualization project expertise with financial analysis best practices.
