HP Appoints New Managing Director in Hong Kong
Chan will be responsible for overall revenues and profitability, business operations and driving HP’s leadership in Hong Kong and Macau.
Chan has more than 20 years’ experience with HP, spanning a variety of roles for HP Enterprise Business. In her most recent role as general manager of Technology Services for HP Enterprise Business Hong Kong she drove key customer programs and delivered outstanding performance. Her customer and employee-centric management style led the organization to win awards from the Global Customer Experience Management Organization in 2008 and the Hong Kong Management Association in 2009.
“Cally’s track record of results, growth and leadership will be critical to our customer commitment and market leadership in Hong Kong,” said Piau-Phang Foo, senior vice president and managing director for HP Asia Pacific and Japan. “Cally brings deep domain expertise, tenure and market insight and most importantly, a passion for customer value and employee engagement. I am confident of Cally’s ability to drive HP to the next level of excellence and build on our success in Hong Kong.”
In addition to Chan’s contributions to HP, her passion for technology and customer value are evident in her personal pursuits. Since August 2007, Chan has served as a treasurer at the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence, a non-profit organization, and as a council member of the Hong Kong Computer Society since 2009.
Following two years in Hong Kong, Eric Goh will be returning to Singapore to lead regional Enterprise Business projects for Piau-Phang Foo, senior vice president and managing director for HP Asia Pacific and Japan.
