You’ve got what it takes to fuel the future. You’re ready to take the next step. You’re looking to make a real impact on what’s next—for technology, and for the world. That’s why an apprenticeship at HP is the best way forward for you. Join our team and let’s change the world together.

Why choose an apprenticeship?

Our two-year apprenticeship programme is a great way to kick start your career. Because you’ll get to earn while you learn, you won’t saddle yourself with debt from going to uni – and the training and experience you’ll gain will add up to a recognised qualification. We’ll encourage your ideas and make the most of your passion too. So if you’re looking to make a real impact on what comes next, join our team and let’s change the world together. We have many apprenticeship standards available, we typically look for apprentices to fill roles in IT and Business. We can give you everything you need to build a solid future within our organisation. As well as teaching and learning from QAA Apprenticeships, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ training provider, you’ll also get support, mentoring and development from our team at HP.

As well as a starting salary in the region of £12,000, rising based on performance, and a host of lifestyle benefits, you’ll get to choose from our Flexible Benefits Programme. And if there’s a benefit you don’t want, in most cases, we’ll buy it back and give you the cash instead.

Some of these benefits include:

Contributory pension scheme
25 days paid holiday
Sports and social clubs
Medical plan
Dental cover
Life Assurance
Discounted retail vouchers
HP products employee purchase scheme
