You’ve got what it takes to fuel the future. You’re ready to take the next step. You’re looking to make a real impact on what’s next—for technology, and for the world.

We’re in the business of encouraging people with big ideas and the passion to make them real. We’ll value your insight and give you the opportunity to grow your career. Join our team, and let’s change the world together.

Our new two-year apprenticeship programme is looking to bring in enthusiastic and motivated individuals within our business teams that currently include; IT Testing, IT Applications Maintenance and Business Admin/Sales.

Our programme has been designed to provide teaching and learning with an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ training provider, QAA Apprenticeships, and couple it with the support, mentoring and development from our team at HP that will form the basis of a solid career within our organisation.

As a permanent employee beginning your career with HP you will work to gain an advanced apprenticeship. In addition to structured learning you will benefit from on the job training and support.

Join our apprenticeship scheme and you can look forward to a starting salary of £12,000, rising based on performance. You’ll also have access to our Flexible Benefits Programme, which gives HP employees the option of choosing the benefits they want. And if there’s a benefit you don’t want, in most cases we’ll buy it back and give you the cash instead!

Some of these benefits include:

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • 25 days paid holiday
  • Sports and social clubs
  • Medical plan
  • Dental cover
  • Life Assurance
  • Discounted retail vouchers
  • HP products employee purchase scheme

At many of our UK offices we also provide a subsidised restaurant, along with banking, shopping facilities as well as general reduced rates for a range of leisure activities including national attractions, theatre shows and gym membership (part of the HP sports and Social Club). On the social side, there's loads of networking functions, sporting teams to get involved in and a dedicated social club offering everything from discounted weekends away, to theatre and theme park trips.
