Harrier LLC uses HP Indigo portfolio to provide brands with new e-commerce photo service

BARCELONA, Spain, 08 August2011 - Leading UK photo finisher, Harrier LLC (part of DistrictPhoto Inc.) is using its extensive portfolio of HP Indigo pressesand its new cutting-edge photobook creation software to offer a newroute to market for brands and retailers interested in supplyingphoto products.

Combining Harrier LLC'sextensive digital print capabilities of six HP Indigo 7000 DigitalPresses and an HP Indigo press 5000, with a comprehensive softwaresolution, Harrier LLC will provide brands with aneasy-to-implement, fully customisable web-to-print photo service,hosted on the brand's own website. The service can be added to thebrand's existing product range as a complementary, or completelynew, revenue stream and can include an array of different photoapplications, such as photobooks, canvases, customised mugs andclothing.

With a reputation forhigh-end photo products and print quality, Marsh saw the synergybetween HP partner, TAOPIX™, and HP Indigo technology.  Thecollaboration between the two would enable Harrier LLC to offer anew solution that provides brands with an end-to-end service,allowing them to quickly and easily extend their product portfolioto include premium photo goods.

TAOPIX™'s flexible andinnovative software enables businesses to quickly set up as asupplier of photo products. It is traditionally purchased byprofessional photo labs and print service providers looking tobreak into photobook production.
