Note on Legal Requirements for Data Subject Requests in the EEA


Legal requirements

Please note that under the General Data Protection Regulation, HP has one month in which to provide information or take action on an inquiry or complaint. This period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In cases where HP needs additional time to reply, you will be notified of this extension within the original one month deadline.

Please note that we do aim to respond within 5 business days, but the actions requested by you might take longer to complete.
