HP and Pharos Uniprint Security and Job Accounting solution helps educational institutions provide advanced security features for print jobs and pull printing that’s billed to each user. Charges can be directed to individual accounts, contracts, grants, or departments, ensuring industry-leading cost recovery.

By tracking accounts, this solution lets a wide range of users share devices and helps your organization:
  • Streamline and reduce costs
  • Increase document and device security
  • Provide printing options
  • Reduce waste generated from unclaimed jobs
  • Gain options for simple, convenient printing from mobile devices

Adding the Pharos ePrint Connector to Secure Release Here offers added printing security features and convenience. Customers using HP ePrint Enterprise mobile printing solution with popular smartphones can now print from their mobile device within their secured enterprise network1, knowing that confidential documents will not be left lying on a printer.
Users submit their print job to a Uniprint Secure Print Queue. They then swipe their ID card at any Secure Release–enabled device, releasing and printing their documents.
