Dion Weisler
Dion Weisler is the President and CEO of HP Inc., a global leader in innovative personal computing devices, printers, 3D printing, and related services and solutions. A Fortune 100 company with operations in more than 170 countries, HP Inc. is focused on creating technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere, while championing diversity, sustainability, and corporate responsibility in every community where it does business.
Dion became President and CEO of HP Inc. in 2015 after leading the company through one of the largest and most complex separations in corporate history.
With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, and having lived in 8 different countries, Dion has held key executive positions across multiple geographies in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
He began his HP career as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Printing and Personal Systems, Asia Pacific and Japan. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the business in the region.
Before joining HP, Dion was the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lenovo's Product and Mobile Internet Digital Home groups, and led the Global Transaction Model worldwide. Before that he was the General Manager of Korea, ASEAN and ANZ, where he was responsible for Lenovo's entire business in these markets.
Earlier in his career, he was General Manager at Telstra Corporation, Australia's leading telecommunications company, where he was responsible for Telstra's Conferencing and Collaboration products and services. He also had a successful 11-year career at Acer, where he became Managing Director of Acer UK after establishing and operating the company’s business in Central and Eastern Europe.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - Computing degree from Monash University, Australia.
Dion is based in Palo Alto, California.

Enrique Lores
Incoming President and CEO, HP Inc.
Enrique Lores is President of HP’s $20 billion Imaging, Printing & Solutions business. In August 2019, he was elected by the HP board of directors to serve as the company’s next President and CEO, effective November 1, 2019.
Lores is one of the company’s most accomplished, multi-faceted leaders. During his 30-year career, he has held senior leadership positions spanning HP’s Personal Systems, Print, Industrial and Services businesses across country, region and worldwide roles. Roles have included GM of HP’s commercial PC business, SVP of worldwide customer support and services, and SVP of worldwide sales and solutions, among others.
Since 2015, Lores has reinvented HP’s print business and consistently outperformed the company’s printing peer set with a focus on differentiated innovation, business model evolution and strategic M&A – including the company’s acquisition of Samsung’s printer business in 2017 – while fostering important ecosystem partnerships including Canon and Xerox.
Lores was a key architect of the separation of Hewlett-Packard Company in 2015, of one of the largest and most complex corporate separations in business history and he successfully led the Separation Management Office. He was instrumental in transforming HP’s cost structure while simplifying the organization and creating the capacity to invest in innovation to drive profitable top and bottom-line growth.
Throughout 2019, Lores has been working with the HP board of directors on a comprehensive global review of HP’s strategy and business operations, with a focus on simplifying its operating model, evolving its business models and driving improvement in its cost structure while making the company more digitally enabled and customer-centric.
Lores is deeply rooted in HP values and an advocate for the company’s Sustainable Impact strategy, aligning business and societal needs. He has spearheaded HP’s commitment to environmental sustainability and consistently drives efforts to positively impact people, planet and communities around the world.
Lores began his career as an HP intern, earning his degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and his MBA from ESADE Business School. He is a passionate, purpose-driven leader who believes in building strong teams and empowering people. He serves on the boards of Silicon Valley Leadership Group and ESADE Business School. Lores is based in Palo Alto, California.

Cristoph Schell
Christoph Schell is the President of 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of HP, Inc. In this role, Christoph leads all aspects of this global business unit, which aims to drive the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Christoph has been with HP for over 21 years in total and has held senior management roles across the globe, most recently as the President of HP Americas where he was responsible for HP’s North American and Latin American business across all products, services, and go-to-market.
Previously, Christoph was Executive Vice President of Growth Markets at Philips where he led the Lighting Business across Asia Pacific, Africa, Russia, India, Central Asia and the Middle East. Christoph started his career in his family’s distribution and industrial solutions company and also worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. During his career, Christoph has worked in all global regions and moved 9 times internationally.
Christoph holds Bachelor’s degrees from ESB Reutlingen in Germany and École Supérieure de Commerce de Reims in France. He is fluent in German, English and French.
Christoph is based in Palo Alto, California.

Kim M. Rivera
Kim M. Rivera is HP Inc.’s President, Strategy and Business Management and Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Kim leads corporate strategy and development, sales strategy and operations, customer support, indirect procurement, real estate and workplace functions, and enterprise digital strategy and transformation. In addition, Kim manages the worldwide legal organization, including all aspects of legal and government affairs, brand security, compliance and ethics.
A graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law, Ms. Rivera has more than 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies on significant corporate transactions, governance, compliance, risk management, audit and litigation matters.
Since joining HP, Kim has served as a key business executive, playing an instrumental role in navigating geopolitical and trade issues, major acquisitions, and the strategy and development of HP’s businesses and long-term go-to-market plan.
Prior to joining HP, Ms. Rivera served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for DaVita HealthCare Partners, a Global Fortune 250 healthcare services company. Previously, Ms. Rivera was the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of International Legal Services at The Clorox Company, where she also oversaw labor and employment counseling and litigation. Before joining Clorox, Ms. Rivera served as Chief Litigation Counsel for Rockwell Automation as well as General Counsel for its Automation Controls and Information Group.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Ms. Rivera has served on numerous non-profit boards including the California Latino Community Foundation and the Denver Metro Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and she is a current member of the Leadership Council On Legal Diversity Board. She is a frequent speaker on diversity and inclusion in corporations and the legal profession, with emphasis on women in leadership.
