[810] - Embedded Video - Big Video

This module allows an embedded video player to be included within a page along with other modules.  The video player may contain a YouTube video or a Brightcove Video/Playlist.  For Brightcove, different styles of players are supported and may be selected during the video configuration.

Schema fields used:

- Title or header (optional; supports 'Text or HTML Block') 

- Image (supports 'Image')

- Featured Item (supports 'Video - Externally Hosted')

- Description (supports 'Text or HTML Block'; if this field is not provided, the system will look for the description provided in Video Externally Hosted component)


Attributes:

  • Text Alignment: Left (default), Right, Center
  • Image Alignment: Left (default), Right, Center
  • Clickable Header
  • When selected the system will automatically make the module title clickable: if a video is added as a featured item, the tile is clickable and when clicked cause the video to play.
  • Video Properties: Override Video Thumbnail for Embedded Videos

Note: The 'Video - Externally Hosted' component contains the following fields: a description (optional) and a duration (optional). 

It is important to note that the user can choose from a selection of players depending on the BU reporting needs.
